Beautiful location, the lodge was lovely clean and warm and comfortable. Most definitely one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. Really good that they accept dogs.

First class site for a quiet break. Lovely area with plenty of space and good walks. Ideal for fishing or just taking it easy. Easy to find off the main A419 Cirencester to Swindon Road.

We would recommend this holiday site as we found everything very satisfactory. We were amazed at the size and roominess of the lodge and very pleased with the cleanliness and comforts there. Great lodges, very spacious and comfortable. Very pretty area and the cafe food was very good and great value. We went to a really nice pub called the Wild Duck Inn for Sunday lunch was also very good.

Despite the sub-zero temperatures, our lodge was warm and comfortable. The location was perfect - quiet, but very close to excellent road-links to main towns or pretty villages. If you want shopping, try Gloucester Quays, or for family time try Cotswold Wildlife Park.

I have been to Lake Pochard twice now and it was truly relaxing and peaceful and would recommend it to anyone. The log cabins are excellent, clean and modern. I am a keen carp fisherman and enjoyed the fishing on site. This holiday would also be excellent for any one looking to escape the busy working town. There is a lot of country side for walks and just taking in the atmosphere.

Good quality accommodation in a lovely quiet setting overlooking a lake with a variety of interesting bird life meant that we could relax when we wanted but with plenty of activities for us to take part in at other times. We really felt the benefit of holidaying here.

Lovely location with excellent access to water sports, fishing and beautiful walks around the numerous lakes and pretty villages. Lodges were very well presented with modern finishes and beautiful views over the lake with easy access to the fishing pegs for the fisherman in the family. Would recommend if you prefer a quiet break away from hustle and bustle. Probably better suited to adults and older children.

Pochard Lake Lodges are perfect for holiday makers that want peace, tranquillity and modern comforts that one is used to at home. The added bonus that made our holiday absolutely perfect was being allowed to bring our dog and still have fantastic accommodation [something that we haven't always been able to rely on from studying a brochure or web page] Fantastic holiday, thanks to Hoseasons and the owners of Pochard Lakes, we will be booking again.

From the moment we arrived we loved this place, the lodge was the best, super clean and fun to stay in, the BBQ is a must too - we used it most nights. Me and my pals went for the fishing and we were not disappointed, there are plenty of lakes to choose from, plus two on site, it good for going for walks too with two lovely little pubs down the road, and just around the corner there are water sports. We are planing to go back by the end of the year - a great place!

If you like fishing there are so many lakes to choose from, or if you just what to go for walks there are water sports just around the corner, and to great pubs too (highly recomended) Loved this place and will be going back soon.

Lake Pochard Lodges are extremely well equipped and very clean. The site itself is also very clean, welcoming and each lodge has stunning views of the lake. I would highly recommend Lake Pochard to anyone or wants to escape the rat race, relax and get away from it all.

The lodge was located in a beautiful area - it was easy to travel to the other Cotswold villages from here. There's plenty to do the area as well or if you prefer to just relax by the lake. The lodge was well equipped, tidy and spacious - more than enough for 2 couples. This is a truly relaxing getaway.

The lodges are beautiful, furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable
right on a lovely lake which was great for a nice stroll around in the sun or early evening. Very peaceful and relaxing base about 20 mins drive into some of the Cotswolds towns and villages.

Exactly as it says in the brochure. A family run park with friendly staff, great food and amazing surroundings. The pictures in the brochure are spot on, all lodges have exactly the same decor, and the cleanliness was top standard. This is a perfect break if you want peace and quiet, and it is brilliant for taking dogs as it is very pet friendly. The lake as well as the park is very well kept, an overall beautifully place with a calm atmosphere and perfect accommodation.

The standard of accommodation was fantastic, and the people who ran the place were non-intrusive, yet very helpful and knowledgable if we had any queries. The location is brilliant for days out, e.g. we went to Warwick and Bath.

A gorgeous place, lovely and clean and a quiet park with only 15 lodges - the interior of the lodge was exactly like photos on website. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, our 12 year old son loved the sailing and windsurfing we had booked for him 5 minutes down the road. Great for dogs as they are allowed in the lake opposite the lodges, and there is plenty of fishing in the anglers lakes to the right of the lodges if that is your thing. The cafe where you pick up your keys does a lovely breakfast.

An ideal peace and quiet holiday, lovely surroundings, yet near enough to Hexham if required. Wildlife was in abundance including red squirrels.

A luxury Scandinavian lodge, well equipped and very spacious and comfortable, set amongst a group of similar lodges but not overlooked. There was direct access to the lake including a wide well cut grassy sward. The lake had interesting wildlife and a flat well tended footpath surrounding it. The local area was served by Swindon, Cirencester for shops and museums. The whole area was typical Cotswold Country and there were a wealth of pretty villages.
